Beautelle Accessory Orders

Accessory-only orders for less than 50 in total (excluding VAT) must be placed on-line. We regret that our Sales Office is unable to receive such orders by telephone.

Customers

Beautelle sell on a 'Business to Business' basis and accordingly supply individuals working in partnerships or as sole traders and deal with public, private and voluntary sector organisations. The equipment is specifically designed for health and beauty treatments for expert use by professionals and not the general public. It is a condition of sale that the purchaser is such a professional practitioner or an organisation. This includes students on professionally recognised courses completing the practical treatment phases of their training

Placing your order

To place secure online orders we recommend you use a personal computer with minimum screen size of 800 x 600 pixels and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher running on a Microsoft Windows platform. This website is also compatible with Mozilla Firefox2/ Netscape 6.2 or higher

This website is not optimised for use with earlier versions of these browsers or other browsers including , Lynx, Opera or browsers designed for handheld devices. Using non-compatible browsers or operating systems to access this website may reduce site functionality.

As a major manufacturer Beautelle offer you an extensive choice of Top of page, product variants, options and Top of page. Your choice of equipment item is manufactured specifically to your order. 

Use the Menu at the top of the screen to place your order as follows:-
The 'Product Index' will allow you to select a range where individual items are listed. To add an item to your order: enter the quantity; select a colour (if applicable) & click order button; check details& confirm. You can select items from different pages. Prices do not include VAT - this will be calculated on the 'Order Securely' page
'View Your Order' allows you to check, change quantity or delete items from your order.
► With 'Order Securely' you can enter your personal and payment details & submit your order securely.

We suggest that before you start your selection you look up product details, options, colours etc, noting them down so that you can then make all your product selections via the Product Index'. Once you have completed the product selections you should check your order very carefully before submitting it to us. Click on  'Your Order' (on the Order On-Line Menu to the left)  to check what you have selected so far. You will be given a full on screen list of your order details before you finally submit your order.

When you have completed your product selections proceed to the buy form page to enter your contact and payment data - please do not leave this page other than by pressing the submit button. If you do leave this form page by using your browser buttons it will reset all personal information data to empty.

Immediately after submitting you will see the thank-you screen and shortly afterwards you should receive a confirmatory email (this does not contain any order details).  Once your order has been processed by our Sales Department (normally within 2 working days)we will send you an email confirmation with an attached text file detailing your order - again please check this carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions to ensure this is  exactly what you require. In order to ensure that you receive these communications please enter your email address most carefully (normal addresses will not include spaces and the @ symbol must be present in the correct position) and also check that your mail filters for spam etc will allow you to receive these emails.

If we do not hear from you within a further working day we will automatically process your order for manufacture.

On-line orders are only available with our 'normal delivery' . For more information about delivery arrangements (including next day, specified day, offshore etc) please go to our delivery details page.

Once your order has completed manufacture we will automatically send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched from the Beautelle factory. Your consignment reference together with the courier company details will be included.

Products
We offer an extensive product range of portable and static items suitable for the mobile practitioner or for the salon. 

Within each of our product groups we offer further choices to enable you to select the product most appropriate to you as an individual and in relation to your particular treatment or therapy discipline - for example the working height of a couch is a most important decision for you to make.

Product variant

With some of our products we can offer further variants. The main choice here is colour (click here for our extensive range of colour options) - please make sure that you use the 'drop-down' box against your chosen product to select the colour - if it displays 'select colour' a colour choice has NOT been made.

Please note that if you require colour coordinated or chrome frames these must be selected as a separate additional order item.

The other main variant is how many of a particular item you require - you must enter a quantity of 1 or more in the appropriate box.

Options

Additional items can be ordered to attach to your couch or other item. These are items such as armrests, towel rails, drawers, face bungs (with many models these are now factory fitted), gas strut etc.

While most of these can be purchased separately at a later date we would remind you that if the total order value excluding VAT is less than 60 the delivery charge of 6.95 + VAT will apply.

Accessories

On our Internet Bargains page we do offer some package deals but for most products we allow you to specify your exact needs item by item. Thus for example we do not normally include a carry case with a portable couch but do offer a choice of carry cases at reasonable prices. 

Accessories are identified as 'key accessories' where they are specific to a particular product range and will be found on the individual Product  page accessible via the Product Index on the left hand menu. 

Other accessory items are for more general application and are accessed via the Product Index on the left hand menu and then through the 900 Accessory sub-menu.

Again these can be purchased separately at a later date but we would remind you that if the total order value excluding VAT is less than 60 the delivery charge of 6.95 + VAT will apply.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future except in relation to your specific order in progress or unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: 

your name ,address, phone number(s), email address, credit/debit card details 

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. 

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. Please check our order confirmation to ensure that your contact details are complete and accurate. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Email confirmation

You will receive an immediate email confirmation that you order has been received and safely stored.

Having processed your order details we will confirm these by email  within 2 working weekdays of receipt. Please check this information carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions. To allow for errors and omissions to be notified we will normally put your order into our system 24 hours after we have sent the confirmation. Accordingly 'normal delivery'  for most items ordered  on-line is an additional 1 or 2 working days to the lead times shown on our main order information page.

Cancellation of orders

Prior to despatch - will only be accepted against payment of 10% of the cancelled goods value. 

Non-standard or special order goods cannot be cancelled. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted. 

Prices in our catalogue and on the internet are correct at date of publication but are subject to alteration without prior notice. 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect orders by way of size or specification. 
Beautelle Supplies Ltd., (BSL) do not accept any responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. 

BSL do not accept any responsibility for misuse or user error of equipment supplied by us. The buyer accepts full responsibility for any damage or loss which may occur after delivery of equipment. We specifically exclude any and all consequential loss claims

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Security

When you enter the buy page you will notice that the Address displayed is https, the 's' indicating a secure server. Click on the locked padlock icon (bottom right on your browser) to confirm secure server details. 

When you submit your order a 'Security Alert' should  be displayed  (if not please check your Browser settings) confirming that you are in a security zone.  You will then be taken to our 'Thank You' page which summarises 'what happens next'. When you exit that page there will be a confirmation that you are leaving the secure zone.

Your details are stored securely and can only be accessed by key staff in our Sales Department.

Unlike phone and conventional mail orders we will acknowledge your on line order - click for details. For security reasons our reply will NOT include your credit card details.

Receipt of Goods 

Once your order has completed manufacture we will automatically send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched from the Beautelle factory. Your consignment reference together with the courier company details will be included.

Goods are normally despatched by courier service. They will deliver during normal weekday working hours to the delivery address you specify.  If more convenient you can specify your place of work as a delivery address,

The courier will not leave the goods without a signature and if unable to deliver they will normally leave a  local telephone number for you to contact to rearrange delivery.

On receipt of the goods please check carefully. If the goods are found to be damaged they should not be signed for and the delivery should not be accepted.

We require that you check and inspect the goods and notify us within 24 hours of any shortage, discrepancy or damage. This is a part of the terms of our guarantee.

The parcel will include a VAT Invoice.
