5 step guide to ordering your equipment with Beautelle:-


1) Choose your model
Select the most suitable model/s from our ranges


2) Choose your upholstery and finish
We have a large selection of upholstery vinyl colours available at no extra charge, plus an exclusive selection of vinyl finishes available at an extra charge. For larger orders we are able to source upholstery to a colour of your choice. Steel and wooden framework can also be finished in customised colour-ways.


3) Decide on finer detail
Most of our equipment offers a choice of attachments and accessories to provide extra versatility, ease of use and client comfort, e.g. arm supports, face cradles. Check any special features and modification options to ensure the equipment will suit your needs .e.g. power assisted sections, retractable wheel base.


4) Check your dimensions
We offer alternative width, height and foam padding options and most of our equipment can also be made to customer specific dimensions on request.


5) Place your order
Here to help, we offer specialist help and advice on any of our products when placing your order and Information on our equipment installation services. You can choose to order by phone, fax, post or online.

 

Visiting us

 

For larger customer requirements you can arrange to visit our factory by appointment only. This will enable you to discuss your order with our experienced advisory and technical teams. Please telephone to discuss your visit and to book a date with us in advance. Please note this is not a showroom facility but we are happy to receive larger salon and spa buyers at our factory, strictly by appointment only.

Guidelines on Manufacture and Delivery

Manufacture

We manufacture all equipment to order. 

 

 

 

• On standard custom made orders manufacturing time will normally take approx. 15* working days from date of order.

 

• On larger custom built salon orders identified with manufacturing time is 20* working days from date of order.

note * manufacturing times are approximate and may be subject to change.  This will be confirmed at time of ordering or during production. Please add a further 2-3 weeks to the normal custom-made manufacturing time for alternative bespoke finishes and commissioned order requirements e.g. alternative wood colour finish. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days after manufacture completion for a standard courier delivery. For on-line orders allow 2 days extra for email receipt and our email confirmation.

important note: a signature is required against all our deliveries ; cheques require clearance before an order is manufactured.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by Quality Control or transport delays.

Delivery

Goods are normally despatched by our nominated couriers. Our standard courier service on all equipment orders *£50 or over is offered free of charge throughout mainland UK.

Standard Courier Delivery

The courier will deliver during normal weekday working hours to the address you specify. For larger/heavier equipment identified with a specialist pallet courier will deliver sometime during a given 3- day period. This service transports the equipment fully built, and crated to the entrance of your premises and does not include any installation or fitting (please see our personal delivery if you require an installation service).

FREE STANDARD COURIER DELIVERY ON ALL EQUIPMENT ORDERS £60 OR OVER THROUGHOUT MAINLAND UK

Orders under £60 are subject to £6.95+vat packaging and courier charge.

important note: If you are ordering hydraulic or electronic equipment (particularly if your premises are not at ground level) we strongly recommend you consider our excellent personal delivery and installation service offered throughout England and Wales at a minimal charge.

 Personal Delivery & Installation by Beautelle Technician/s

A specialist and personalised service where your equipment is delivered, assembled and installed for you by qualified Beautelle technical staff. We will arrange a specific working weekday and time window for delivery with you. In addition, your equipment will be demonstrated to you and you will have the opportunity to check over the equipment with the technician on-site.

Strongly recommended on larger salon items, particularly hydraulic or electronic equipment identified with this symbol , on salon suite orders or if your premises are not at ground level.

note: If you are ordering a salon suite of furniture for Personal Delivery & Installation, larger couch and treatment chair items would be charged as stated, smaller trolleys and stools would be included/installed FREE OF CHARGE.

 

Removal Service (offered with Personal Installation)
We also offer a removal service whereby you can arrange for our technicians to dispose of your old equipment. This must be agreed/arranged prior to our visit.
Should you wish to delay your delivery we also provide a safe and secure storage service

Export

We welcome export orders from around the world and are used to working with oversees clients who prefer to arrange their own shipping agent to collect and transport their export order from our UK Factory.  Alternatively we can deliver our equipment worldwide by air or sea.

Offshore

We regularly ship to offshore UK destinations (e.g. Channel Islands/Ireland).

Courier rates are dependant on weight and destination - competitive rates available on request. 

mail order deliveries -  important guidelines

We make every effort to ensure that our products arrive with you in the best condition possible. When you receive your parcel(s) from the courier please follow these guidelines:
If the parcel(s) look damaged please sign for it as 'damaged' or reject it from the courier. In the event of damage please notify Beautelle Ltd immediately and retain all packaging. Always check the contents of your parcel against your itemised invoice (which will be enclosed inside the parcel). Please report any shortages to BL within 24hours. Any query reported within 24hours will be dealt with by our Customer Services Team as expeditiously as possible- Call 0121 322 0920.

Looking after your equipment investment

Feel confident in the knowledge that you have purchased your equipment direct from the manufacturer with the expertise to offer a comprehensive repair and servicing facility. 

Maintenance & Service Charges

Factory service - £65.00 +vat

Price includes: product check + general maintenance + quote for any additional factory repair + courier return after servicing.

 

Maintenance site visit - £145.00+vat

(England & Wales - Scotland POA).

Price includes: onsite visit by Beautelle Technician + equipment check + general maintenance + quote for any additional offsite factory repair.

(allow approx.4/5 weeks for a site visit)

 

Maintenance & Servicing

(please refer to green box for service charges).

After our 12 month guarantee has elapsed  we strongly recommend that in order to keep your Beautelle equipment in excellent condition, it should be serviced regularly.

Our service includes a general 10 point maintenance check & fix ; a safety check ; an appraisal & cost estimate of any additional factory repair .

Easily portable products can be retuned to our factory workshop for servicing. For customers with fixed electric and hydraulic couches and salon suites we offer a thorough on-site inspection, maintenance and repair service. Please allow approx.4-6 weeks for us to schedule a site visit  - to book please call 0121 322 0920

 

Out-of- guarantee Repairs

Our factory workshop can also offer a comprehensive repair facility for your Beautelle Equipment should it become damaged or require refurbishment or re-upholstering due to general wear. Please contact our customer services on 0121 322 0920 for a quotation.

 

Replacement parts

We are able to supply spare/replacement component parts for our Beautelle equipment -contact our customer services for availability and cost (if applicable), or complete the parts form online.
