Guidelines on Manufacture
Manufacture    

ALL OUR EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED TO ORDER.

Our standard custom-made order manufacturing time will normally take *15-20 working days from date of order and will be confirmed at time of ordering.

Please allow an additional 2-3 working days after manufacture completion for a standard courier delivery.

note * manufacturing times are approximate and may be subject to change.  This will be confirmed at time of ordering or during production.

Please allow a further 10-15 working days to the normal custom-made manufacturing time for commissioned order requirements and alternative bespoke finishes.

For on-line orders allow 2 days extra for email receipt and our email confirmation.

Express Manufacture

On selected product lines where you see this symbol  Beautelle offers you the option of receiving your equipment more quickly. This service is FREE OF CHARGE and ensures your order will receive priority in our factory manufacturing process.

Delivery Options    

Standard Courier Service (free)

Goods are despatched using our nominated couriers. The courier will deliver during normal weekday working hours to the business delivery address you specify.

For larger / heavier equipment a specialist pallet courier will deliver sometime during a given 3-day period. We regret no particular day / time can be specified within this 3-day window. This service transports the equipment fully built, and crated to the entrance of your premises and does not include any installation or fitting. (If you require an installation service or a delivery on a specified day / time please see our personal delivery option below).

Personal Installation & Delivery (see panel for charges)

A specialist and personalised service where your equipment is delivered assembled and installed for you by qualified Beautelle technical staff. We will arrange a specific working weekday and time window for delivery with you. In addition, your equipment will be demonstrated to you and you will have the opportunity to check over the equipment with the technician on-site. (Standard manufacturing times apply with this service).

This service is strongly recommended on larger equipment items, particularly hydraulic or electronic equipment identified with this symbol or if your premises are not at ground level.

Disposal - A Removal Service to uplift and dispose of your old equipment is offered free with Personal Installation.

Overseas

We regularly supply overseas clients throughout Europe and The Middle East and welcome export orders from around the world.

FOB - for long distance destinations we can supply expertly packaged and crated ex-factory for collection.

Offshore

We regularly ship to offshore UK destinations (e.g. Channel Islands/Ireland):

Delivery by air or sea - POA dependant on weight and destination.

When you receive your parcel(s) from the courier please follow these guidelines:

If the parcel(s) look damaged please sign for it as 'damaged' or reject it from the courier. In the event of damage please notify Beautelle immediately and retain all packaging. Always check the contents of your parcel against your itemised invoice (with the parcel). Any query reported within 24 hours will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Export    

We welcome export orders from around the world and regularly supply overseas clients throughout Europe and The Middle East, usually X-works and are well equipped to provide competitive quotes for bulk export requirements.

We are used to working with oversees clients who prefer to arrange their own shipping agent to collect and transport their export order from our UK Factory. Alternatively we can provide transportation quotations for shipping (see panel above).

Beautelle technical services… with you when it matters

Looking After Your Equipment  

Maintenance & Servicing (see panel for charges)

Beautelle offers a comprehensive out of warranty repair and servicing facility.

We strongly recommend that in order to keep your Beautelle equipment in excellent condition, it should be serviced regularly.

Our service includes a general maintenance check & fix; a safety check; an appraisal & cost estimate of any additional offsite factory repair.

For customers with fixed, electric and hydraulic couches we offer a thorough on-site inspection, maintenance and repair service. To book, call or email and please allow at least 4-5 weeks for us to schedule an on-site visit.

Easily portable products can be retuned to our factory workshop for servicing.


Out-of-guarantee Repairs

Our factory workshop can also offer a comprehensive repair facility for your Beautelle Equipment should it become damaged or require refurbishment or re-upholstering due to general wear. Please contact us for a quotation.

Onsite re-upholstering Service

Whatever the type or brand of couch or chair you have, and whatever its condition, Beautelle can restore it to its former glory with a full onsite re-upholster of your therapy equipment.

Replacement Parts

For major component parts required out of warranty e.g. electronic motors, hydraulic pumps, hand consoles etc., please refer to our parts price list download. You can order these major part items online or by telephone.
