Foam Padding

Beautelle’s long-life foam padding consists of two foam layers. The layered upholstery system consists of a supporting base layer of high density foam to provide a durable and shape retentive solid foundation, topped with a cushioning layer of medium density foam for receptive client comfort.

The overall foam system thickness and compression qualities can vary depending on the product design and function.       

Anatomic Memory Foam
Beautelle's exclusive Anatomic Memory Foam offers your clients increased comfort and enhances your treatments. The temperature sensitive foam layer (used in conjunction with a high grade foam base layer) provides the ultimate support system by readily responding to body heat, moulding itself perfectly around the body shape. ● reduces pressure

Vinyl Covering

  Health & Safety

Beautelle’s vinyl coverings are especially chosen for our equipment ranges and are suitable for use across a broad spectrum of therapy and health care applications.

  • Stain resistance
    Our vinyl coated fabrics are hydrophobic and DO NOT absorb water or retain dampness. They are therefore resistant to liquids such as urine, mild acids/alkalis, drinks etc, which can be easily wiped off.
     

  • Infection Control
    All our vinyl has an infection proof additive which is effective at reducing the spread of bacteria such as E coli and MRSA*.
    *supported by independent laboratory testing.
     

  • Flame Retardant
    BS 5852 Ignition Source 0, 1 & 5; BS 7176 Medium Hazard; FMVSS 302; IMO A 652 (16)

Durability

Superior stain resistance and improved wear properties help keep Beautelle Vinyl looking new far longer than other vinyl upholstery.

Beautelle vinyl’s are all coated with a protective finish with test proven superior stain and abrasion resistance.

Our hard wearing medical grade PVC vinyl coverings are non-permeable, ensuring easy clenaing.

Beautelle foam padding and upholstery covering complies with Furniture & Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations (S11324, 1989). Further quality assurance is endorsed by manufacturing all our products to British Safety Standards BS3379/BS5852.
