Our Service

Whatever the type or brand of couch or chair you have, and whatever its condition, Beautelle can restore it to its former glory.

Ensuring the safety of your equipment such as couches, plinths and treatment chairs or even operator chairs is vital. Re-upholstering may be all that's required if you have any scuff marks or slits in your couch or chair vinyl that presents a serious infection control hazard. Treating this quickly and efficiently with our re-covering service limits the chances of infections and keeps your equipment safe and hygienic.

We offer an onsite re-upholstering service with all processes carried out by our expert upholsterer at your premises. We can re-cover most brands of therapy & medical couches, plinths, treatment chairs and operator chairs.

Beautelle's onsite re-upholstery service ensures that your equipment will not be out of service for any length of time with all processes carried out in the treatment room/ salon or spa with minimal fuss.

The Materials

All our materials are CQC compliant:

• Beautelle’s medical grade foam topper with anti-combustion properties.

• Beautelle’s anti-microbial medical grade vinyl’s meet British testing standards to ensure safety and longevity and are MRSA and E-coli resistant. All our upholstery vinyl's are thoroughly tested for durability and are hydrophobic meaning they can be easily wiped down to clean. We offer a wide range of vinyl colours to choose from in plain and textured finishes.

The Process

We will arrange a convenient date for us to visit.

Our trained upholsterer will arrive onsite with a mobile air compressor, staple gun, foam padding and vinyl material to carry out the following procedure:

• Carefully disassemble your couch /chair and remove all existing upholstery down to the bare frame – this is important to ensure any contaminated padding is removed along with the top vinyl

• Inspect the frame and tighten all joints where necessary

• Replace all old foam with high resilience anti-combustion foam

• Re-upholster your couch or chair in a hydrophobic, anti-microbial vinyl fabric
